I cannot start or end my Bolt e-bike ride.

If you are unable to start or end your ride, please ensure that:

  • You are within our operating area and where parking is permitted. Area boundaries and parking restrictions are indicated on the map in the app
  • You have a good internet connection and your GPS is enabled.

If this does not resolve your issue, please try the following:

  • Close Gaiyo and reopen it
  • Update the Gaiyo app if a new app release is available
  • Update your phone’s operating system
  • Restart your phone
  • If nothing else solves the problem, reinstall the app.
